My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Lynnwood area with the help of Tommy Z.  I had been looking for a home or condo to purchase for a number of months and was continually frustrated by the difficulty in communication with my previous Real Estate agent.  Then I met Tommy Z and it was a real joy working with him.  He called back whenever we left a message, he knew how to listen to what we wanted, and he was willing to talk and look at homes any night when he wasn't busy with his family.  We could see he was working hard for us, and we were more than happy to see him take a night off here and there to spend time with his family.  Probably the most important thing we appreciate about Tommy, is that we know he is an honest man; never did we doubt his integrity, and never have we had reason to. 

 Tommy is not only experienced in Real Estate, but also in home repairs, so he was invaluable in giving us little hints as to what kind of things to keep an eye on.

 If we ever sell our current home, or are looking to purchase another with the help of a Real Estate Agent, I am confident we will look up Tommy Z first.

 Tom Z did a wonderful job in helping us sell our house! He took care of all the advertising; let us know how we could make the house more attractive to possible buyers. From showing our house to doing the paper work Tom always acted in a very professional manner. I would recommend Tom to any of my friends should they be selling or buying a home.

What can we say about Tommy Z?? There are not enough words in Webster’s Dictionary to describe how much he did for my husband & I. Tom came recommended from my husband’s family who he had been helping. He was always there for them through all of the looking and dreaming, so we decided to use him as well. 

My husband and I owned a condo for almost 9 years. We were stressed that it wasn’t going to sell, so in talking with Tom, we decided to put some money into it. It was absolutely worth it because we ended up getting well over asking price! Tom then helped us find a great place in Maple Valley and we are proud to say we have been living in a HOUSE since February 2006. This was one of the most stressful, but wonderful times in our lives, and Tom was by our side every step of the way! It was such a great experience that we were the “buyer” and the “seller” with Tom. He even organized and cooked for our housewarming party! Thank you Tom for sticking by us through thick and thin and helping us get a wonderful house of our own!

The story of the “House I bought that was never for sale” 

What can I say about Tommy Z…Tommy was referred to me by a Re/Max realtor whom I was working with in Alaska.   Tommy promptly e-mailed me info on my arrival to Seattle but at the time I was not yet “serious” about buying a house.  Tommy was patient sending me periodic up-dates about houses on the market.   When I decided it was time to buy, which of course was mid-simmer at the peak of a sellers market, it was somewhat depressing to know that my procrastination may have precluded me from finding my “ideal” house.  With words of encouragement from Tommy we set out to look at houses, with my primary emphasis being that it have a “spectacular view”.  We toured several homes reportedly having “views” but nothing that I was looking for.  Then one Sunday afternoon I received a call from Tommy to look at houses in Newcastle…a town I never heard of before.  It had a Starbucks…good start.  We met at Starbucks and set off to look at 2 houses…beautiful houses sans view but it was during this trip that we stumbled upon a house “for lease”.  This house, from the outside, had the most spectacular view of Mt. Ranier, and overlooked the whole Southwest Puget Sound for as far as the eye could see.  I knew that this was the house I was looking for and turned to Tommy to “make it happen”. 

Within 2 days we toured the house, and, with Tommy doing market research ahead of time to determine a ballpark value of the house we were able to make an offer.  We now have been living in our new home for 7 months thanks to Tommy Z who facilitated buying “the house that was never for sale”.

We found Tommy Z to be very hardworking and patient on our behalf. Our search for a home stretched over several months because we were moving from out of state and were waiting for our previous home to sell. Tommy not only asked the right questions to ascertain our preferences but also showed great intuition about those things that may have been unsaid! There was never a hint of undue pressure, but a sincere desire to help us find just the right place.

Tommy was very thorough with the paperwork and caught a few mistakes by the Seller that saved everyone time and money. Soon we will conclude our third purchase using Tommy and I would refer him to anyone who is in need of an agent.
